As a pioneer in machine intelligence, alternative data, and OSINT (Open Source Intelligence), Chandler brings over 15 years of global experience working with world-renowned organizations. He has led the development of groundbreaking integrated and strategic capabilities at blue-chip companies and institutions, including the European Commission, European Parliament, Walmart, Wells Fargo, and HSBC.

Drawing upon his extensive background in building first-of-their-kind AI and machine intelligence programs, Chandler provides bridge_ci's clients with a unique combination of technical expertise and proven business acumen. His approach incorporates cutting-edge techniques and frameworks that seamlessly integrate business strategy and machine learning—concepts he has refined and applied for more than a decade, ensuring clients receive innovative solutions tailored to their specific needs and goals.

Academically, he is currently advancing cutting-edge research for his DPhil (PhD) at the University of Oxford, exploring how complex information systems influence outcomes across M&A, financial markets, politics, and business using machine learning and applied mathematics. He also holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Master’s in Political Strategy and Communications from the University of Kent, where he conducted the first research that used advanced natural language processing, topological data analysis, graph theory, open-source intelligence, financial data, and AI to quantify political trends and communication strategies within the European Union.
